The in-house Testing and validation/QA Lab is equipped with the most modern equipments for product performance testing in static and dynamic conditions in low, normal and high temperatures. Quality assurance is further strengthened by stringent checks on incoming compounds and components. Active involvement in activities like FMEA, FTA, SPC etc add value to the quality management processes thereby ensuring flawless production. Adherence to quality is exhibited in the fact that all RPL plants are TS 16949 certified. |

The company also organises Quality events called “Quality week” across the Group. During this week, the company organizes special training classes across the group companies to enlighten people about the importance of quality, best practices, competitions with prize distribution etc. |
