Roop has an automatic centralized rubber compounding setup facilitated to achieve maximum productivity, precision quality and consistency of the rubber compound .This has been integrated with a high-tech automated intermix system with facilities for automatic chemical weighing, auto oil dispersion, batch off unit, sieving and cutting. This ensures consistency in the compound properties, optimal productivity and gives a mixing capacity of more than 1000 tons of rubber compound per month.
