Roop Group is a leading manufacturer of automotive components in India. The group has 14 state of the art manufacturing plants manufacturing Rubber & PE Foam, Solar Water Heating systems, Hydraulic/Air Brake Hoses. It started its operation in the year 1973 under the leadership of Late Shri. M. G. Jain with its company Roop Rubber Mills which is presently known as Roop Polymers Ltd.
Roop Rubber is the Centralized Rubber Compounding Unit catering to the Rubber Compound requirements of Roop Polymers. It has a state of the art semi automatic plant which ensures consistency in the quality of compound it manufactures. The plant is located in Gurgaon to ensure smooth feeding system to all the Roop Polymer plants.
Roop Rubber also hosts an R&D centre for new compound development and research activities for meeting the most intricate requirements of the final customer. The company also has a team of well qualified professionals working dedicatedly to ensure that they deliver the right product having right quality and quantity at right time. Roop Rubber Mills Plant is known for its efficiencies in terms of quality and productivity.
Roop Koep is a 50/50 Joint Venture company with its manufacturing locations in shona-gurgaon primarly deals with EPDM Foam and PE Foam. Koep is a german base company established in 1938.
Technical agreement signed with Meiji Flow System Japan on 20th December 2016 for the assembly of hydraulic brake hoses in india and his operational presently with its manufacturing location at shona-Gurgaon. Presently supplying to suzuki motorcycles in india. Discussions and developments in process with rest OEM’s in the country. This technical agreement will be followed by 50/50 Joint Venture soon.
